And what does it mean when i say they are going pink, well that's easy, the game is giving you the option to take your character down a gay or lesbian path if you choose to, you are not being forced to play a gay dude, but its nice to know that the option is there, lets face it not every gamer is a butch guy.
I like to play a game every now and again and i will definitely be checking this one out! and yes i am a gamer hehe
Here is a bit more about the game and its gay story lines.
Mass Effect 3 will have gay romance option for male Shepard

Previous instalments of the stellar, interstellar saga allowed Shepard to participate in male/female, lesbian and Asari tentacle-head encounters. The omission of a gay pairing for Shepard became even harder to reconcile when BioWare's Dragon Age series allowed players the freedom to define the sexual orientation of their protagonists.
In interviews, BioWare heads Drs. Ray Muzyka and Greg Zeschuk have been responsive to the subject. "The team has its perspective," Muzyka told us during February's DICE meeting. "When they created the character, when they defined him. We're pretty open to how the team wants to define their characters. We go with what they like."
It seems the team is ready to try something different.
Here’s the male Shepard scene. (Don’t worry, they don’t actually show anything.)
Although it seems that the reactions to the gay story lines is mixed at this time since the game was just released i do get the feeling not too many people is bothered by this. Naturally the haters will hate this with all they have but there is a large percentage that is not to shocked by this. Bioware included the gay story after receiving requests from its players, and in my mind that is a step in the right direction.
Before the haters get in and say yeah but i don't want to play a gay guy, you don't have to, gay romance is an option, you are not forced to go down that line unless you want to.
